book club
There are countless books on parenting, child development, behavior, attachment, trauma, neurodiversity, and mental health. Knowing where to start, and finding the time to actually read them, can feel overwhelming.
Our book club helps take the guesswork out of it. Together, we explore thoughtfully selected books that can deepen your understanding of your child, yourself, and the parent-child relationship. We take our time working through one book at a time, gathering regularly to reflect on what we’ve read, discuss key ideas, and explore how the material connects to real-life parenting experiences.
This book club offers a supportive space to connect with other caregivers, share perspectives, ask questions, and deepen your understanding alongside others. Because growth happens through relationships, and we thrive when we learn in community.

We will be reading The Way of Play: Using Little Moments of Big Connection to Raise Calm and Confident Kids by Tina Payne Bryson and Georgie Wisen-Vincent.

Together, we'll explore how play can be used as a powerful tool for connection, emotional regulation, resilience, and growth. Grounded in neuroscience, attachment research, and play therapy principles, the book offers practical and accessible strategies for turning everyday moments into opportunities to strengthen relationships, support emotional well-being, and help children thrive.
