Expressive Arts
These approaches engage children and families in active, hands-on therapeutic experiences rather than relying solely on conversation. Experiential therapies harness the brain’s remarkable ability to change and adapt, a process known as neuroplasticity. Simply put, the brain gets better at what it practices. Through carefully selected therapeutic experiences, we help strengthen new neural pathways, support healthier patterns of functioning, and promote growth, healing, and overall well-being.
What to expect
Reaching out for support can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re unsure what the process will look like. We want you to feel prepared, informed, and confident in what the journey ahead may look like.
While every child and family’s path is unique, this provides a general overview of what you can expect when working with us.
Completing an Inquiry
The first step in getting the support your family deserves is completing a New Client Inquiry Form. This form helps us better understand your child’s needs, concerns, scheduling preferences, and any therapist preferences you may have. We encourage you to share as much information as you feel comfortable, as it allows us to thoughtfully match your family with the therapist best equipped to support your needs.
Once your inquiry form is submitted, you can expect to hear from us by phone or email within 24–48 business hours.
Scheduling
After reviewing your inquiry, we’ll provide options for therapists and weekly appointment times that align with your family’s needs and preferences. Once you select the option that feels like the best fit, we’ll schedule your initial parent/caregiver-only consultation session.

Our earliest experiences and relationships
shape the lens through which we view the world,
create the template for how we connect with and relate to others, and
form the reflection in which we see ourselves.
